Jen Longley is a teacher, researcher, and community activist based in Yonkers, NY.
Longley received her doctorate in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University (2015). Longley researches and publishes on early childhood workforce development. Her most recent published research is titled "Embracing LGBTQIA+ Staff in Early Childhood Programs."
