C.A.L.M - Centered at LOFT Meditation is a new group at The LOFT open to all in the community who are seeking a space to unwind and recenter. Join us for a variety of relaxing meditations, including breath, guided, mindfulness, mantra, and more.

Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA) is a 12-Step Recovery program for sexual compulsion, sex addiction and romantic obsession.
________________________________________SAA meets weekly on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-8:15pm.
SAA's primary purpose is to stay sexually sober and to help others to achieve sexual sobriety. Members are encouraged to develop their own sexual recovery plan, and to define sexual sobriety for themselves.SAA is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other, that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from sexual compulsion.
The Lesbian Social Network (LSN) is an open topic group run by a trained peer facilitator for women, ages 18 and older, who identify as lesbian, bisexual, queer, or are questioning their sexuality.
The Lesbian Social Network is currently meeting weekly virtually from 7:30pm-9:00pm.

LOFT Peer Support Groups are open topic, drop-in groups. Groups are led by facilitators who identify as peers with those in attendance. There is no need to preregister and no fee to attend.
Donations are welcome. Suggested donation is $5; more if you can, less if you can't. Fees related to activities are the responsibility of participants.
