This needs assessment survey is being performed to identify gaps in services and resources for the LGBTQ+ community in Greenburgh and its surrounding areas. While we cannot offer compensation or guarantee changes will come as a result of this survey, your experiences are vital and the collection of this data may help us advocate for change in Greenburgh so all LGBTQ+ residents of Greenburgh get their needs met.
The information you share will be held strictly confidential, and personally identifiable information (PII) will not be shared with anyone outside of the survey team (unless published in aggregated, anonymized format).
Participation is optional, and you may answer as many or as few of the questions you choose. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Only your zip code are required fields. You do not need to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community in order to complete this survey (i.e., anyone including allies are welcome to complete this survey)
