We Sing for Justice: Benefit Concert

Hosted by The LOFT's Pride Chorus and Memorial United Methodist Church choir. Come join us on Saturday April 27th at 2:00pm in the MUMC sanctuary for an amazing afternoon filled with music and social justice.

The event will feature songs from JusticeChoir.org whose mission is to further social and environmental justice movements by engaging communities in singing together. This mission is achieved by leading groups singing in a march or rally, or invite the community to a public forum of singing and conversation about local issues. The concert serves to highlight the legacy of Dr Martin Luther King Jr, honor the lives of people of TGNCNB experience, depict the resilience of those battling cancer, and a host of additional songs with the goal of lifting-up people's spirits.

The event is free to attend, donations welcome. All funds support the ministry and justice efforts of the LOFT and Memorial UMC.
