The LOFT is partnering with Westchester Residential Opportunities (WRO) for an on-line Q&A session to address your housing questions related to COVID-19 and the CARES Act.
April is Fair Housing Month, commemorating the bedrock civil rights principle that we all deserve the opportunity to choose a home and neighborhood free from discrimination.
We will discuss topics that would benefit both renters and homeowners such as the CARES Act low-income energy assistance to help pay utility bills; tenants rights; Suspension of negative credit reporting; quarantine related rights and protections.
