Older Driver Safety Workshop

Presented by Anna Wyganowska & Mary Ellen Burns

 

Department of Senior Programs and Services' Older Driver Coalition will present a free program that offers tools, tips and techniques that older drivers can use to be on the road as long as possible.

 

The program will also explore the best time to stop driving as well as alternative transportation options available for those who may decide to relinquish their keys.

 

SMART Commute staff from Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation will be available to sign seniors up for the MTA Reduced Fare MetroCard.


The LOFT's Silver Connections program is made possible by grants from the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office for Aging, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
