The New York Transgender Advocacy Group (NYTAG) is a Trans-led organization. Our mission is to advocate for more inclusive gender-based policies that benefit Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming/Non-Binary (TGNCNB) individuals through building community leaders, educating practitioners, and influencing policy makers.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Co-Executive Director of Operations & Administration will have co-responsibility with the Co-Executive Director of Programs, sharing strategic and operational responsibility for NYTAG’s staff, development, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. They will have full responsibility over administration and leadership with the administrative team.
