The NYS Department of Health's AIDS Institute has established five programs which provide access to free health care (HIV Drugs, Primary Care, Home Care, Insurance Premium Payments, and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, AKA PrEP, to prevent HIV infection) for New York State residents who are uninsured or under-insured.
