Westchester Medical Center is looking for a full time employee to be a part of their AIDS Program.

Employee must take on the responsibility of a client-centered case load and initial patient ongoing assessment of the client and other key family members’ needs and personal support systems.

Employee must be well organized and able to complete tasks and documentations in a timely fashion.
