Point Source Youth seeks to hire an energetic and innovative Manager of Partnerships to support our rapid growth as we scale-up effective solutions to end youth homelessness across the country, with a focus on BIPOC and Queer youth. This position requires a proactive, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset suited to a dynamic organization that is continuing to experience rapid growth and transformation.
The Manager of Partnerships will lend administrative support (organize and schedule meetings, note taking, etc) to the Programs, Partnerships, and Policy Department, as well as occasionally to other departments of the organization. Additionally, this person will be responsible for organizational management of various systems such as Salesforce, Trello, and Google Drive. This newly created position will report to the Director of TA Partnerships.
Point Source Youth (PSY) is an advocacy leader in the youth homelessness space with a focus on placing power and resources in the hands of LGBTQ+ youth and BIPOC youth. Founded in 2015, PSY focuses on ending youth homelessness by advocating for and implementing youth-directed interventions.
