Our lab is seeking paid volunteers for a study which examines how mindfulness practice may reduce stress and improve well-being among emerging adult (age 18 - 29) sexual and gender minorities of color.
The study is conducted entirely online and through the Healthy Minds Program, a mobile application loaded with educational content and guided mindfulness exercises. Volunteers are asked to participate in two Zoom calls, a baseline survey, five days of mindfulness practice and brief "daily diary" surveys each evening, and a follow-up survey. Eligible participants can earn up to $47 for compliance with the protocol. Their responses will be deidentified and kept confidential.
