Developed by a team of LGBTQI+ cancer survivors, oncologists and researchers, the survey will help to inform recommendations for health professionals and cancer care providers. Enrollment is open to any LGBTQI+ person over the age of 18, living in the US, who has received a cancer diagnosis.
